Without a Trace is an American crime drama TV show that premiered on CBS on September 26, 2002. Due to CBS being a broadcast network, the FCC fined the network 3.6 million dollars as a result of an episode featuring sexual content. CBS appealed the case in court and was able to reduce the fines to 300,000 dollars.
