Turok: Evolution is a 2002 first-person shooter developed by Acclaim Studios Austin (formerly Iguana Entertainment) and published by Acclaim Entertainment for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, and Windows. Some German releases are censored to secure the USK 16 rating.

  • Limbs can no longer be blown off.
  • Enemies can no longer burst apart from certain weapons.
  • Blood was removed altogether.
  • Arrows don't get stuck inside the enemy after his death, but instead disappears.
  • No hanged up corpses in one of the Chapter 4 levels.
  • Enemies don't throw up when getting killed by Poison Arrows.
  • Enemies can no longer be set on fire.
  • Enemies do not surrender.

Where to find it uncensored[]

The German USK 18 rated version is uncensored, and every other country has this game uncensored.
