The Suffering: Ties That Bind is a action survival horror video game developed by Surreal Software and published by Midway Games. It was released in September 26th, 2005 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Windows/PC. To get a USK-18 rating and also avoid being indexed, the German version like the first game was censored to tone down the violence.

  • Gore was reduced.
  • Blood on walls for the most part were removed.

Where to find it uncensored?[]

Every other country has it uncensored. The uncensored PEGI-rated European version has a German language option and has it completely uncut unlike the German USK-rated counterpart.
