Sonic the Hedgehog's Game World is a educational video game developed and published by Sega and Sonic Team. The game was released in 1994 in Japan, and in 1996 in North America. A European version was released in January 12, 2000. When Sega was developing the Western releases, fortune telling, gambling, casino, 7 levels and rock, paper, scissors were censored or removed.

- The fortune telling levels were removed.
- One minigame had its background completely removed in the International release. It was originally casino themed.
- The rock, paper, scissors stages were removed.
- Several stages had been removed due to unknown reasons.
- The scene where Sonic says "Hi! Welcome to Sonic the Hedgehog's Game World!" it was changed to "Hi! Welcome to my Game World!"
