- To avoid copyright infringement from Nintendo, in February 2021 the SML crew no longer uses the Super Mario plushies in later episodes, instead they have to use their original characters:
- That means Marvin replaces Mario, Rose replaces Rosalina, Braxton replaces Bowser, and Junior replaces Bowser Junior.
