Quantum Break is a action-adventure video game that was developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios and released on 5 April 2016. Nudity and drugs were removed from the game.

- A texture containing "explicit nudity and an anthropomorphic lion smoking a joint".
- A scene intended for the in-game show (which is interwoven with the gameplay) was removed because it was considered "too aggressive sexual innuendo" for the intended rating which involves "mind bullets being fired at someone's genitals.
