Mortal Kombat 11 is a fighting video game that was developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The video game was released on April 23, 2019. Due to modern sensibilities the game was censored worldwide. It was also censored for its violence in some countries.

Female character designs were modified for this game when compared to other Mortal Kombat games.
- Mileena's cleavage was reduced and her breast size was reduced.
- Cassie Cage's breast size was reduced.
- D'Vorah's breast size was reduced.
- Jacqui Briggs' breast size was reduced and cleavage was removed.
- Jade's breast size was reduced, cleavage was removed and she is now wearing pants that cover her thighs.
- Kitana's breast size was reduced and cleavage was reduced.
- Sheeva's breast size was reduced, cleavage removed and her entire outfit is a lot more modest.
- Skarlet's breast size was reduced and cleavage removed.
The game was banned in China and Japan due to extreme violence. Additionally, in Indonesia and Ukraine, it was banned due to laws prohibiting communist symbols regarding the Kold War Skarlet DLC.
In the beta, Johnny Cage had an animation during character customization where he shows the player an "ok" hand sign, then punches the camera, referencing "the circle game". This was quickly changed into a middle finger so to deal with a facetious connection of the hand sign with "white power".
