Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Spearhead is a first-person shooting video game that was developed by EA Los Angeles and published by Electronic Arts. The video game was released on November 12, 2002. Due to German laws regarding Nazi symbols the game was censored in Germany.

  • Nazi symbols were removed or changed to Iron Crosses.
  • Nazi references were removed.
  • Some of the Archive Footage clips shown between missions were rearranged in order.
  • A Cutscene at the start of the Berlin Mission had a line of dialogue mentioning Stalin omitted. Despite this, the Audio for it can still be found in the game files.

Every other country has it uncensored.
