Licence to Kill is a British-American spy film that is part of the James Bond franchise. Produced by United Artists, the movie was released in July 14, 1989. Due to being extremely violent, the MPAA and the BBFC censored the movie, which received a 15 rating in the UK and a PG-13 rating in the USA.[1]

MGM later released a ultimate edition home video in the USA and in the UK, which added every scene back into the movie.
