Kickin' It is an American TV-show that was produced by Disney XD. It first premiered on June 13, 2011 and ended on March 25, 2015. When it was aired in Asian countries, it was censored to make it more family-friendly.

Disney Channel Asia[]

The following changes apply to all countries in the Southeastern Asian region:

Season 1[]

  • Episode 1
    1. The scene where Jack defeats all 4 Black Dragons was modified in Disney Channel Asia version. In Disney Channel Asia version, he only defeats 2 and scares the rest due to violence.
  • Episode 3
    1. The scene where Eddie kisses the dummy was cut out.
  • Episode 4
    1. Eddie's line "I will be when I get rid of the darn cello." was changed to "I will be when I get rid of the cello."
  • Episode 8
    1. Every time someone says "make moves" and "dump", Disney Channel Asia changes the words to "come on" and "leave".
  • Episode 11
    1. Whenever Jack flirts with Kim was edited.
  • Episode 12
    1. The scene where the clown pops the balloon on Jack's face was cut out.
  • Episode 13
    1. The scene where Milton and Julie almost kiss was cut out.
  • Episode 14
    1. Milton gets smoothie on his eyes instead of lemon.
    2. Milton's Line "Lemon in my eye!" was changed to "Smoothie in my eye!".
  • Episode 17
    1. The bit of Jack accidentally punching Jerry was cut out.
  • Episode 18
    1. The entire scene, starting with Jack telling to the camera that Kim has a crush on a worker with fake ponytail, was skipped to Rudy laughing.
  • Episode 21
    1. The scene where Milton and Kim accidentally kiss was modified in Disney Channel Asia version. In Disney Channel Asia, the scene zooms in Julie, as a result you can no longer see Milton and Kim. Every other kissing scene was cut out.

Season 2[]

  • Episode 1
    1. The scene where the robot kicks Jerry in his balls was cut out. (As of this episode, the Disney XD logo is heard, but replaced by the It's a Laugh Productions logo.)
  • Episode 5
    1. The last scene where Jerry and Eddie fall down was cut.
  • Episode 9
    1. The scene where a kid throws a bon-bon on Rudy's eye was cut out.
    2. The scene where Rudy has a bon-bon on his eye was modified in the Disney Channel Asia broadcast. In Disney Channel Asia, the bon-bon was digitally removed.
  • Episode 10
    1. Kim's line "Why don't you shut up?" was changed to "Whatever!".
  • Episode 12
    1. The scene where Rudy literally gets a ball in his face was cut out, but the line "In your face, literally!" is left untouched.
    2. The scene where Ms. Applebaum kisses on her hand was cut out.
  • Episode 15
    1. Due to dangerous acts that could cause kids to replicate, the sign says "Fake brick! Do not try this at home!" in their localized language.
  • Episode 17
    1. The scene where Jerry comes closer to Kim was shortened.
    2. Any burping scene was cut out.
  • Episode 18
    1. The entire scene, starting with Jack saying "Don't go over the limit, Jerry", was skipped to the intro.
  • Episode 19
    1. Frank's line "There's a dancing skinny dude in the locker!" was changed to "There's a guy in the locker".
  • Episode 21
    1. The scene where Jack falls down was cut out.
    2. Any scene where Rudy gets hurt is censored.
  • Episode 22
    1. The entire scene, starting with Ty and Rudy ripping off Milton's shirt, was skipped to the intro.
  • Episode 23
    1. Kim's line "This is Brent. He's... my boyfriend." was changed to "This is Brent. He's... my friend." due to the Asian law where you can't date anyone until you turn 16, which means Kim's currently 15 on this episode.
  • Episode 24
    1. In the promos, Disney Channel Asia announced that this episode would be the series finale, as a result, it no longer reruns after this episode.
    2. The entire scene, starting with Kim saying "Ew!", was skipped to the intro.

Season 3[]

This season was never aired in Southeast Asia. It's only available on Disney+

Season 4[]

This season was never aired in Southeast Asia. It's only available on Disney+

Where to find it uncensored[]

The show is uncensored in United States and other non-Asian regions. The Asian dubs have the show uncensored on Disney+.
