John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum is a action film that was directed by Chad Stahelski and is released by Lionsgate (produced by the uncredited Summit Entertainment), it is a sequel to 2017's John Wick: Chapter 2. The movie was released on May 17th, 2019, and due to StudioCanal targeting the MA15+ rating, the Australian version of the movie is slightly censored as a result. Indian releases are also censored due to CBFC's regulations on movie violence, offensive gestures, and swearing.

Censorship[]

Australian censorship[]

  • The scene where Wick stabs an enemy's eye with a knife is zoomed in to remove the graphic shot of the eye stabbing.

Indian censorship[]

  • The film is two minutes shorter than other releases around the world due to most action scenes being edited to tone down the violence.
  • Some profane words are muted out.
  • Visual gestures are blurred out.
  • Alcohol products are blurred out and alcohol references were removed.

Where to find it uncensored?[]

Every other country has it completely uncensored. And in Australia, the 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray release with the R18+ rating is uncensored.
