The 2023 remake of Dead Space is a horror video game that was developed by Motive Studio and published by Electronic Arts. Based on the 2008 Dead Space video game, the remake was released for the PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on January 27, 2023. The game was censored worldwide to make it more politically correct, with sexuality also being toned down.

- Bathroom signs now say for all genders rather then being gender specific.
- In one part of the game in the original, a Sports Illustrated magazine could be found on a chair. In the remake, that magazine was removed.
- A number of different characters/signs had their races swapped, with characters of Caucasian and Asian descent being replaced with those of African descent.
- A number of different women in the game were made older and had their breast sizes reduced.
