Darkwing Duck was American cartoon that was produced by Disney and released from 1991 to 1992. Four episodes were pulled from reruns on ABC, Disney Channel and Toon Disney. And the episode Hot Spells is banned on Home Releases and Disney+.
Censorship[]
Season 1[]
Episodes 17 ("Bearskin Thug") and 23 ("Aduckyphobia") were pulled from reruns on all of Disney's television channels (Disney Channel, ABC, and Toon Disney) in 2001 and 2000, respectively.
Season 2[]
Episode 7 ("Tiff of the Titans") was pulled from reruns on all of Disney's TV channels.
Season 3[]
Episode 8 ("Hot Spells") was banned worldwide and is not available for streaming on Disney+.
Where to find it uncensored[]
The DVD home videos and Disney+ are the least censored version. The only episode not included in the DVD sets or Disney+ is "Hot Spells".
