Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc is a visual novel adventure video game that was developed by Spike and published by Spike and NIS America. The video game was released on November 25, 2010. Sexuality was toned down for the International release.

- The scene that shows a character named Chihiro Fujisaki revealing "his" true gender to the protagonist was modified for the International release. In the uncensored version the protagonist puts his hand on her chest. While in the International release he puts his hand on her body.
