Chowder is an American animated television series created by C. H. Greenblatt for Cartoon Network, and it was released on November 2, 2007 and ended on August 7, 2010. When the show started to air on the Australian feed of Cartoon Network, some scenes were censored due to network standards.

- The scene where Shnitzel says he will give Chowder a cookie if he stayed at home was cut.

- The line "See ya later, suckers!" was changed to "See ya later!"
- Episode 4b
- The scene where Shnitzel is telling everyone a dirty joke was modified for the Australian broadcast; the camera zooms in on his face, as a result you can't see gestures that he is making.

- The line "You taste buds walk like my stinkin' grandma!" was changed to "You taste buds walk like my grandma!"
- Episode 10b
- The line "How about a kiss for your conquering hero?" was cut.

- Episode 12a
- The scene where Chowder says "Yeah, sucker!" was cut.
- The scene that shows Mung Daal and Truffles kissing was cut.
- The line "In your face, sucker!" was changed to "In your face!".
- Episode 12b
- The scene that shows the Flenguins kissing at Make Out Point was cut.
- The wide shot of the scene where an over head view of Make Out Point was cropped, as a result you can no longer see the Flenguins kissing.

- The line "I have a new color lipstick I want to try on your lips!" was cut.
- The scene where Chowder says "What flavor lipstick are you wearing?" was cut.
- The scene where Panini says "Smackdown!" was cut.
- The line "I think we need a kiss to convince them our love is real." was cut.
- The scene that shows Ceviche kissing Panini was cut.
Japanese censorship[]
- Chowder's pet, Kimchi, was renamed to "ナット (Natto)" due to Japan's restrictions on Korean culture.
Where to find it uncensored[]
The DVDs and online versions are completely uncensored, and every other country aired it uncensored. All of the other dubs retained the name of Kimchi.
