Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is an American shooting game that was developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. It was released on November 7, 2007. The German release was censored, as a result violence was toned down. The remastered version contains the same censorship.

  • The uncensored version is banned in Germany.
  • The scene that shows you shooting Zakhaev's arm was modified for the German release. In the German version the blood/gore was reduced.
  • In multiplayer the word "headshots" was replaced with "full hit".
  • Arcade Mode was removed.
