Blade & Soul is an anime based on the action MMORPG of the same name that was animated by Gonzo. It ran from April 3 to June 6, 2013. Due to Crunchyroll not using the Blu-ray the show is censored.

- The scene that shows Alka rising from the water was modified for the censored broadcast. In the uncensored version you can see her breasts while in the censored version zooms in on her face causing you not to see her breasts.
- The scene that shows Alka bending and reaching into the water was modified for the censored broadcast. In the uncensored version you can see her under boobs and butt. While in the censored version beams of light cover her butt.
- The scene that shows the guy with the gun approaching from behind Alka was cut. In the uncensored version you can see her butt due to her due to her showing her back.

In the censored broadcast the Bounty Hunter's arm and entire head is covered in shadows, as a result you can no longer see the bloody stump on the arm or her cutting the Bounty Hunter's throat which means you no longer see the blood splatter
- The scene that shows the other Bounty Hunter's shooting at Alka was modified for the censored broadcast; you no longer see the dead bounty hunter's bloody arm stump due to it being covered in shadows. (note:Alka is using the dead Bounty Hunter as a human shield)
- The scene that shows the Bounty Hunter with the machine gun shooting the bounty hunter with the pistol was modified for the censored broadcast; you no longer see the bullets hitting the bounty hunter with the pistol or any of the blood splatters due to most of the scene being covered in shadows.
