Aqua Teen Hunger Force is an adult animated cartoon made by Adult Swim. It was released in 2000 and ended in 2015. Profanity was censored due to Adult Swim's Network standards and get a TV-14 rating. Two episodes were banned from airing on television.

The message on the computer was changed. on DVD. The message said: "Oh man, I swear to fucking God, Fry-man, I'm so fucking pissed right now. Oh, and by the way, I hope you enjoy eating your own shit, because I'm about to rip your motherfucking throat out, and shove it so far up your ass, that you have to fart to fucking breathe, Fucker." on the Max version The text was changed to: "Oh man, I swear to Bagling God, Fry-man, I'm so Bagley pissed right now. Oh, and by the way, I hope you enjoy eating your own James B, because I'm about to rip your mother-loving throat out, and shove it so far up your Jim, that you have to fart to Bagley breathe, Fornicator."

The scene where Santa claus says "Those f*****y elves don't even come in until September" was censored in the Max version. "f*****y elves" was dubbed over to say "Sweet little elves" instead.

Every scene that showed severed dicks was censored in the Max version. All the dicks were covered with NTSC color bars.

The scene where the chess dragon says "King F-U to C-K" was censored in the Max version. The chess dragon's line was replaced with "King S-U-C to K-I-T." The accompanying text on-screen was also changed.

Where to find it uncensored?[]

The DVDs and Blu-rays have the episode "Shake Like Me" that was banned from Adult Swim TV airings, but there is no fully uncensored version of the show. Most seasons have no uncensored versions for the bleeped profanity, with the exception of Seasons 7, 8, and 9, which are uncensored on Max. Season 6 is uncensored only on DVD starting from the episode "The Creature from Plaque Lagoon" The Season 5 episode "Boston" was leaked online in an unfinished format, which is fully uncensored. The original line from the Chess Dragon in "Ezekiel" still exists in the closed captioning for the episode. "Dickesode" has an uncensored version of the episode on DVD.
